If you work in a team, you know the challenges of planning and organization. They say that when you work as a team, dreams come true, but when coordination is lacking, it’s a nightmare.

Benjamin Franklin once said, “For every minute spent organizing, you gain an hour.”

We totally agree, which is why SEMrush designed the Marketing Calendar tool , to help marketers efficiently solve their scheduling, collaboration challenges, and get more work done in less time.

In this article, I will show you how to use this tool to:

  • Organize your marketing plan into a single, unified calendar;
  • Simplify collaboration with your colleagues;
  • Automate your routine work.

So let’s get straight to the details.
