6 organic oranges, 3 euros;
10 prunes, 1 euro;
cloves, lemongrass and passion fruit, 1 euro.
Originality of the recipe
The base isn’t original, but for everything I put on it, we’re completely outside of what is usually done for a shrubb . I didn’t even add cinnamon. So we’re definitely on an original recipe.
Alcohol content
It has an alcohol content of between 45 and 50%. The little sugar it provides is provided by the prunes, making it quite light.
As a result, it’s a rum that still has quite a bit of acidity and bitterness. To avoid this, sugar must be added, and then we could end up with a rum of 35 to 40 degrees.
Aging
No aging for this rum. Maceration in a buy bulk sms service glass bottle and it’s a white agricultural rum.
The color
It has a beautiful orange color, less dark than the first shrubb, but in this one, I did not put unrefined sugar.

The tasting
Aromas
orange, bitter orange, prune, passion fruit, pepper.
The nose
Even before you bring the glass to your nose, this rum fills the air with a very powerful orange aroma. It’s a magnificent scent, and we haven’t what challenges do new team managers face? even begun to appreciate it yet. You could almost be afraid that this rum is all orange, but I want more.
Orange goes very well with HSE, it is very powerful and very fresh.
On the nose, we’re definitely on america email the orange, a very beautiful orange with a slight bitterness. But it’s still quite different from the first shrubb. It’s subtle, but there’s more to it than just orange.
It needs to be allowed to air a little so that the orange leaves a little room for the other aromatics which were very discreet with this first nose.
