PP, PSOE, Ciudadanos, Podemos, and Vox on social media in 2019

 

Four years ago, as a result of the general elections that were going to take place in Spain in 2015, I decided to write an article dedicated to the two new parties that were in a position of clear growth thanks to social networks and their new ideas, that is, Podemos and Ciudadanos , now it’s time to talk about the political parties again in view of the elections of April 28, 2019, with an article in which I will analyze their health in social networks and how they use hashtags to position themselves in social media for the elections of April 28.
The big surprise on the political scene in 2018, and therefore in the 2019 elections, is VOX, Santiago Abascal’s party, which has emerged with unprecedented force in its quest to lead the far-right political spectrum.

Therefore  social media as this is a relatively new

 

political project, I am going to analyze both its social networks and its website .

But of course, apart from talking about honduras phone number library  the party that caused a surprise in the Andalusian regional elections, and that allowed the right to snatch the government from the PSOE in that autonomous community, we must not forget the parties that represented a fundamental change in the Spanish political landscape four years ago, namely Podemos and Ciudadanos .

Therefore, here I begin my analysis of the social media accounts of these five political parties . I hope you find it interesting. I’ve chosen the order of the five parties to analyze  own customer data & information based on their voting intentions in the latest CIS poll .

Thanks to my friend Max Camuñas for this interesting analysis he made on Twitter of the websites of the political parties running in the April 28th elections. I have partially based myself on his analysis, since he published it just when I was preparing this article.

He has a wide presence on social be numbers  media, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. The only social network where he doesn’t have an official profile, or at least I haven’t found one, is LinkedIn . It’s worth noting his use of YouTube to live stream his campaign rallies ahead of the April 28, 2019, elections.
