1. Provide quick access to your content
Marketing Calendar lets you attach Google Drive documents directly to an activity or campaign. This way, you can add project briefs, editors can add phone number library their drafts, or your team can include spreadsheets with data.
Any team member who has shared access on the calendar will be able to access the documents you have uploaded to an activity, as long as you have shared the document with them on Google Drive.
2. Keep up to date with changes in the project
Each of your activities and campaigns has a “History” section in the bottom left corner.
This is ideal for checking your past actions or testing tmail designs keeping you informed of any changes made by a member of your team.
3. Use the quick search option on the calendar
You can easily find a task, activity, or any other type of data on your calendar by typing its name in the search bar.
All found items are clickable. Additionally, tasks have checkboxes so you can mark them as completed.
This feature is active on all your calendars, but text services also on those shared with you.
