Structural description of the data publication and technical specifications

The metadata us to describe the CAO documents in the Marburg Document Repository comes from two different sources. First, there is, of course, the aforemention database of the University of Trier, whose data has been significantly incorporat into the Document Repository and forms the basis for its holdings. Even though the Document Repository does not yet provide full texts of the documents, the head registers from the Trier database have been incorporat to ensure easier retrieval of the documents. Information about issuers, recipients, and other mention persons has also been incorporat into the Document Repository. However, identifying individuals and enriching them with authority data is significantly more difficult here than is the case with the LBA, uae phone number library  as these are often less well-known individuals. Archival information also cannot be separat from the signatures automatically, which is why this is done subsequently and manually. The situation is different with the places where the documents were issu:

The database provid very

little information here, which is why we reli on the aforemention data from Carsten Becker and Oliver Schallert‍ [19] . The database they compil contains detail georeferences for the CAO documents, which made it easy to clearly identify the items. Therefore, over 90% of the CAO documents are link to unique places of issue.

]The automat processing and

compilation of the document data from CAO and LBA was carri out using various Python scripts, with the results being temporarily stor in tables. The Simple Archive Format (SAF) was us for the final registration of the metadata in DSpace, with the packages being creat using the specially develop Python library dspyce . dspyce enables the automat ingestion, processing, and reading of data from DSpace repositories using Python.‍ [20] In a second step, the digital copies were add to the documents via DSpace’s REST interface. search engine optimization united states america DSpace automatically provides IIIF manifests for the digital copies, which can then be display using an IIIF viewer.
[ 19 ]What characterizes the contents of the newly creat document repository? How is it structur? First, we will discuss search engine optimization  the use and configuration of the DSpace software in this context. This will primarily provide insight into the planning and structure of such a collection repository.
