The nose
Upon opening, there is a lovely industry email list caramel aroma that hits my nose.
I bring the glass to my nose and it’s pure indulgence with a rather strong and warm caramel. It’s mixed with bitter cocoa and coffee. All of this reinforces the character of this caramel. There are also beautiful spices, including nutmeg. This brings a tiny bit of freshness. It’s a very pleasant woody note.
It’s accessible, it doesn’t hit the nose too strongly despite the 50 degrees.
The contrast between the nose and the mouth
